John's grandfather, PopPop, died 2 weeks ago. Although it was sad, it was expected. His grandmother graciously flew all of the grandkids and their families out to Texas for the funeral. The service was very nice. After the funeral we spent the weekend at the beach for a family reunion. The kids had a great time. Annelise enjoyed herself very much. She loved jumping in the waves, making sandcastles and picking up shells. Caleb enjoyed walking aimlessly on the beach, but he was not interested in getting in the water. They both had fun playing with all of the tias and tios and their cousin Lilly. There are many more photos in the photo album on the right.
